Workout Boredom? Try Something New

Do you ever get bored with the same workout routine?  studies have shown that you are not alone, in fact it happens to many of us.  So what do you do?  There are so many ways to spice up your routine, so you can keep on doing what you love but with something fresh and challenging. Here is a list of  great classes to try, not to mention many gyms and studios may offer a free 1 day trial, therefore you can get the full experience without the committment (and upon joining receive a great deal too!):

Cross Fit

Barre

Pilates

and yes, running after your kids does count!
